Embrace the rich legacy of womanhood. Celebrate your unique journey, cultivating an appreciation for the beauty that accompanies graceful aging.
I'm photographing 40 women
in their 40s, 50s, 60s++
I'd love for you to be one of them!

Experience an extraordinary opportunity to be part of a project that celebrates women, each embracing their stories in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond.
As I assemble my group of 40 women, my intention is to craft a captivating coffee table book featuring each lady on the essence of aging.
Each woman will be showcased, accompanied by her wisdom and advice that she wishes to impart. A curated set of questions will be presented to each woman, empowering her to choose the ones that resonate with her the most, enabling her to share insights that possess the potential to ignite inspiration in others. These responses will beautifully adorn the pages alongside their captivating portraits.
These hard covered books can sit on your coffee table where you will be celebrated along with other women who have navigated their own unique journeys of self-discovery and growth.
Will you be one of the remarkable women I have the privilege of photographing?

One signature element of my portrait sessions is the use of a soft, timeless color palette. Think muted beige and delicate pinks, gently framing the face with florals in light pastel tones. These colors are carefully chosen to complement every skin tone and create a natural, luminous glow. The result is a radiant, feminine portrait that captures classic beauty in its most flattering form.
Embrace the rich legacy of womanhood. Celebrate your unique journey, cultivating an appreciation for the beauty that accompanies graceful aging.
I am still here. I matter. My story continues.
Older women often feel overlooked by a society, as if their stories have already been told and their presence is fading into the background. But the truth is, their journey is far from over—and it deserves to be seen, honored, and celebrated.
These portraits become a visual testament that says, I am still here. I matter. My story continues. Whether they reflect wisdom, resilience, beauty, or joy, portraits give older women the space to be truly seen—not as a memory of who they once were, but as vibrant, evolving individuals in the richness of their now.

Let's Create Together
Prior to your photo shoot, you will have the opportunity to discuss your vision with me. We will delve into the details of how you want to be photographed, including outfit choices and any specific preferences you may have. I prefer to have 3 outfit changes. We can brain storm together with the use of AI and pinteret, to create some ideas of what your dream portrait looks like.
On the day we plan on working together a professional makeup artist will work with your makeup, leaving you feeling radiant.
During the session, I will personally guide you through the poses we want to capture. We take our time and the process isn’t rushed.
Following the photo shoot, we will arrange a time where you can view all your photographs.
At this appointment you will decide what photograph you want to select for your complementary 16 inch round wood wall portrait.
As you look through the photographs, you can buy only what you want. Should you wish to acquire additional prints or products, you will have the opportunity to do so during this session.
Full access to my products and prices will be available to you prior to this appointment.
Once the photo session is complete, I will email you a set of questions. You have the freedom to choose which questions best reflect your remarkable life story and journey, which we intend to include in our upcoming book. We would love to showcase your photos alongside your valuable life advice to other women in this hard-covered coffee table book.
Allow me to introduce myself:
My name is Meranda Devan. I see myself as a woman who appreciates the forgotten skills of generations past. I am currently on the quest to learn some of the traditional skills that some may consider outdated. If I could go back in time, I would want to learn the skills that my grandmother and great grandmother acquired. Likewise, I want in my hands a portrait of my mother to celebrate her.
As a photographer, I stumbled into photography accidentally. It took me about 7 years to figure out my camera and editing. As a composite artist, I digitally enhance photographs by altering backgrounds, adding elements, and refining skin imperfections, transforming them into unique pieces. My ultimate goal with this project is to create a cherished piece of art for you.
I had an antiques blog for about 10 years prior to photography where I would write about interiors and showcasing unique pieces. I discovered through that process that less is more, and that we can celebrate a few pieces in our life that are meaningful.
This process is not solely my vision but yours as well is what matters to me. I strive to capture your vision and merge them into an artwork that you will hold dear and admire for years to come. Let’s collaborate on this endeavor.
